Our Classes - A Typical Day & Grade Level Highlights

We are passionate about giving students and families personalized attention and care, all while maintaining a superb educational climate and creating memorable experiences for all.   Parents are encouraged to volunteer, join us for field trips and attend events such as Fish Fry, Spaghetti Dinner, and more.  Each grade level brings with it unique and fun adventures for our students!

Every Day at Atonement

Our classes start at 8:30am.  Our 5th and 6th graders take turns doing announcements and leading the school in prayer.  All our students have religion class, or bible time in their classrooms, and on Wednesdays at 8:45am we come together as a community for weekly chapel.  The younger students attend chapel with their chapel buddy.  Families are always invited to attend chapel!  Each grade level has Spanish/foreign language, computer lab/technology, library time, art and physical education each week, too.  Hot lunch is provided by Piccadilly (for $3.50) and students all have the opportunity to move around and get some fresh air during recess.  Students may be involved in some of our music related activities during the day, also -- chimes, choir and band.  Our school days ends at 3:30pm with a very efficient car line which is helped tremendously by our middle school students serving as "safety patrol" officers.
