Advent and Christmas Worship
It’s the most wonderful time of the year!
That is how Andy Williams’ beloved Christmas song invites us to see this time of year. But . . . why? Why is this the most wonderful time of the year? Yes there are all of the presents, the cards, the parties, and more; but what really makes this the most wonderful time?
This is the most wonderful time of the year, because on December 25 we celebrate Christmas, we celebrate the fact that God so loved the world, that He sent His on and only Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16). We celebrate Christmas because it marks the fact that God keeps His promises, even those promises from all the way in Genesis, when He promised to fix the problem of sin that Adam and Eve fell into.
As you can see there is a lot going on in these next few weeks, as we continue to mover closer and closer to Christmas, closer and closer to the celebration of the birth of the Savior. Below you will find a schedule of all of the services. I invite you join us for all of these wonderful events, and to join us in worshiping the King who was foretold, the King who came, and the King who will come again!
